BEWARE Possible SCAM from AD4BG

On October 13, 2005 I sent Mr. Bud Kelley AD4BG a money order for a Yaesu FT-890 Radio listed on this site. Per Mr. Kelley, his address was the PO box listed in QTH and QRZ.
A few days after the Money Order was sent, I received an email from him stating he had made a big mistake and did not change his address in Seth WV, on QTH and QRZ to to his new address in Comfort WV. And that I should be receiving the Money Order back. I contacted the Post Office in Seth and was told the mail should be forwarded to his new address.
A few weeks passed and Mr. Kelley did not answer my emails on whether he received the MO. At an additional cost I proceeded to Stop Payment on the MO and this past Saturday received a copy of the original cashed MO signed by Mr. Kelley. He has not answered any emails and I called the number listed in his ad. A male answered and was very evasive. (Possibly Mr Kelley) He said he misunderstood me and was not Bud Kelley and that Mr Kelley was in a Car Accident and was in a Coma. I had my Attorney's Office call and a Woman answered and she was also evasive and did not offer any information or help. She stated that she would "forward the information" At this time I have no other choice but to believe that I have been Scammed. If I am incorrect, I will be more that happy to repost positive feedback.
Emails to AD4BG1944@yahoo are now being returned. Still no contact or refund.
