Sent payment to Tim Sunday evening, he said he would be out of town on business until Wednesday evening. He was able to ship the radio Monday morning, it arrived Wednesday morning (the day he originally stated that he would ship it!).
I have not been able to fully test the radio because I do not have an antenna up at my house yet, but I was able to take it to the local club station for a brief checkup and everything appears to be working as stated. Radio, power supply, tuner, and vfo are in better than described condition cosmetically. Each piece was individually wrapped in bubble wrap and then nestled in packing peanuts (good packaging).
