WA4IOB - Gary is a great guy to deal with

When my shipment to Gary was lost by the delivery service, Gary was extremely calm and patient and dealt with the situation proactively and professionally. When the package was found and delivered, he was quick to test it and let me know all was ok. I think we both found a friendship in the midst of this uncomfortable situation and I would not hesitate to deal with Gary at any time.
