I recently completed a purchase from Fred ("Pat") W4RGH. Excellent communications. Items received were well packed and as described - New, never used.
After I received the gear, I noticed the instruction manual was missing. I contacted Fred, and instead of the usual "it's available on-line", Fred immediately apologized and mailed me not only the instruction manual, but additional information as well.
