I recently purchased a Drake TR-4 from N1RAN, I believe he is Honest and good to deal with, I would buy from Vin again. The packing was excellent.
I did have an issue with the radio but I believe it was due to rough handling by UPS. The old tube radios don't do well getting bounced around.
