I just received back a restoration of my father's Hallicrafters S-38C he purchased in the mid-1950's and is the radio that launched my EE career. I had it restored to like-new to give to my grandson. Vollie did a fine job and I am totally pleased with the work and the communications, fair price - everything. I give my highest recommendation to Vollie. 73 de bob K7ZB
