Gary was very patient with this 78 yr old man's listing for sale of my PX3 because. I used a previous listed template and forgot to delete the words "end plates" , and while wife forgot the power cord during packing for shipment. I made a partial refund and Gary and graciously accepted my offer. Thank Gary
