KK4WS, Tim - one of the good guys

I bought an Icom 751A from Tim recently. On the intitial power up the unit had issues about 2-4minutes after power up.
I contacted Tim immediately, and he replied promtply about it being sent out in good faith (which I believe), and he offered a full refund. A guy cant ask for anymore than that. Given I have sold on other forums, ebay, etc.. I would have offered the same, based on the timing and the circumstances.
i shipped the unit back to Tim, where he verified back to me that the Power supply had given up the ghost....just an untimely mishap.
Kudos to Tim, for understanding and being kind enough to refund.
