RON KA2IIA - Good Guy - Patient with USPS

RON KA2IIA is good guy to deal with and very patient guy.
Sent him a manual recently first class which doesn't come with tracking but figured it was quicker for the deliver. I would have been better off
sending any other way that had tracking at least but that doesn't guarantee it will get there as it should.
Took 10 business days to finally arrive!!! Ron and I stayed in touch and it was frustrating and Ron stayed cool and wasn't jumping up and down making unfounded accusations as some do.
