I bought an owner's manual from John. He was on the road and said it would ship out as soon as he got home. Well, he e-mailed me and said it shipped as scheduled, ---- but it never arrived at my location. 10 days later, it shows up with a postmark of the day he said it shipped. The Postal Service SCREWED UP !!! Actually, 10 days for half way across the country is not bad, considering I had an experience sending something 12 miles---that took 64 days---DAMN P.O. !!! John is a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. The item was exactly as described, and John & I kept in constant contact through the whole ordeal.
