I had the pleasure of dealing with Carl Denbow, N8VZ, in a recent purchase.
Carl is very personable and was responsive in all communications via phone, email, and texts. The items were well-packaged and promptly shipped and arrived in exactly the condition he had stated. There were no surprises when the box was opened nor when the equipment was powered up.
