Charles Cater - N4RNE - contacted me in 2015 about his Yaesu FP-29 power supply.
He shipped it to me - I repaired it for him and shipped it back. He thanked me profusely but only after persistant badgering he paid 1/2 of the bill.
He offered long and rambling explanations about a sick wife.
He has still not paid in full. Do not deal with him - he can not be trusted. He is the ONLY ham that has ever stiffed me.
