WQ0N. Russ was excellent to work with when I recently purchased an HF rig from him. He was prompt in responding to all of my questions via email. He provided all the information I requested and any additional that he thought I should know. He sent pictures showing the serial number of the rig and the rig powered up. He covered all packing, shipping and Paypal fees in his price so there was no guesswork as to the real cost.
