WR4F-honest transaction

I sent WR4F/Dan $90 for an Icom filter. About 10days after he shipped it, it still hadn't arrived here. So, I let Dan know about it. He asked if I would give it another couple of days to see if it would arrive. I agreed. After 2 days it still hadn't arrived, so apparently the filter got lost somewhere. Dan quickly refunded my paypal account $90 as promised. In my book, he followed through and did the right thing on this transaction.
