WA2ZQX - Smooth transaction

I bought a tuner from Lowell, WA2ZQX and am happy to report a good transaction.
He was very prompt in communicating with me and kept me up to date at each step in the process. He took extra care in the packaging of the tuner and shipped when he said he would.
The unit arrived in the like-new condition in which it was described in Lowell's ad.
