BAYGEN FREEPLAY RADIO

Does anyone know where I can send a BayGen Freeplay radio to be fixed? I've surfed the 'net and cannot find anyone that will fix the darn thing. However they are eager to sell me a new one! I think the problem is in the clockwork generator, but I don't dare open it up. All sorts of dire warnings are printed on the case! Your help will be deeply appreciated.
