K7CD for Sale Items - shipping/communication

I have not been successful in reaching K7CD a.k.a. TJ (TJ Cantrell). I sent a US Postal MO to him on May 19th 2016 for the purchase of a balun, etc. Ever since, I have not received anymore correspondence from him. I have sold many items here also, as many of us do, and do my shipping upon receipt of payment. Communication is a plus...aren't we suppose to be in the communication hobby?
I saw a feedback posting under his callsign with the same issue....extremely lack of communication and long time to ship. He has quite some items for sale here.
I will not buy from him anymore.
PS: TJ, if you see this feedback post, please, with all due respect, sent me what I pay you for.
