I met peter, on another swap service for NAQCC, QRP folks. He had an item for sale at a very reasonable price, I sent him an emailed telling him I would take it!
He replied it had been sold and thanked me for my interested, I expressed my disappointment because I had neither the skill or time to build the item, but wanted one very badly. Peter being a very kind and generous man offered to build one for me. I took him up on his offer and got the item shortly, and we discussed it a few times, so I asked him to do another for me and he agreed.
The price was more than fair and the item works perfectly after a few days of practice on my part. Now I will always a back up. Thanks Pete I hope this does not cause any more request for items you may get bored in building. pete is a person I would deal with at any level.
