Hi Leo,
I have a very nice condition Henry Radio SS-750 solid state amp for sale. It uses eight 2879's in the final. It was mfg. by Henry Radio with high quality components for amateur radio use and is not a CB amp! The amp requires a 12-14 v.d.c power supply for for running in the shack, and to get full output from the amp, you should use a 80 - 100 amp DC power supply. I'm using it with an Astron 75M and runs around 550 to 650 watts output. It will run a lot more output with an adequate power supply. The amp has the band switch with filters and covers 160 through 10 meters, including the warc bands. The amp works very good and comes with a copy of the manual. Asking $850 plus actual FedEx Ground shipping and insurance charges.
