WatchOut for N2CPR

He advertised a ft1dr here for $135.00 and I emailed him a couple of times and told him I would take it, He got the email because he emailed me back the answers to the questions I had on it, then he waits 18 hours or so and then emails me and says that a local friend is picking it up this
afternoon. My question is if he wanted to sell it locally, why did he ever spend the effort and time and waste someone else time to sell it to a friend.
