trouble with getting items shipped

I am having problems getting items shipped after I have paid for them, I don't like to get paypal involved
I make it a practice to have items ready to ship when I get paid, I don't give out a bad tracking number and I always answer emails, I don't see how it is so hard for someone to ship items after they have been paid for.
