Purchased an item from Roger, K8CIX, and it was damaged in shipping though it was packed well.....this prince of a man filed a claim with the carrier and is sending the insurance settlement to me and allowing me to keep the (damaged) item as well......he said it was the right thing to do.
He shipped the item quickly and when he said he would.
Guys.....Roger is an honest man who you ought to do business with.
I will have no hesitation in dealing with him in the future.
