Anyone had any recent dealing with these folks? I placed a order in Jan, 2015 for a rotor interface, never heard a word from them until about three months later. Informed me items were in stock, but Need additional credit card info which I supplied. Nothing since! They don't answer phone nor return emails, should I look elsewhere?

I really like the product if I could ONLY get one.
