Hello to all,
I fell for Chris' ad for the TEN TEC jupiter. I paid him via pay pal 1000.00. I asked him for a mic he said yes he will include one. I asked does the keyboard do morse he said yes.
Well I got it and of course things were not as he said! The mic WAS NOT for the radio it was for an 8 pin radio, then the key board didn't plug into the rear of the radio! I called him on it, he said well fix it yourself he got very rude very fast. This radio is a 4 pin mic plug. I called ART at HRO Anaheim he wired up a heil set of wires so I could use one of my Electrovoice mics. Then I took a look at the plug for the keyboard, someone broke ps/2 pins inside the plug! It took me 2 days and several hours but I got them out and got the keyboard working.

I told Chris (via text message because he never answered his phone) about the problems, well that started a nonstop attack by Chris VIA text message, saying I was a liberal, I voted for Obama, I'm on welfare you name it Chris has texted me it EXCEPT for taking ownership of his wrong doing. I text him back and wrote I would file a pay pal dispute unless he straightened out these issues.I texted him and said 129.00 will make it even. He replied ok. Well a week later I texted him asking where is my 129.00?
His reply was:
Don't worry. Its only 12 more Day's till the first of the Month and you will get your Government check....And food stamp card reloaded.....

Again Chris did NOT answer the question he completely ignored the real issue...him selling equipment that wasn't as he stated and NOT including what he said he would!

I'm a 3 time cancer survivor and a Desert Storm/Shield veteran why does this person a fellow ham act so childish! In one text said he's been licensed for 40 + years! WOW

Anyway I strongly suggest DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GUY! He'll make promises but break everyone of them just to get your money!

I don't understand why he needs to be so rude and nasty. If he didn't want to make good then he should of just said it!

Here is my side Of Story. I advertised this Radio for sale at $1000 and a Brand New Ten Tec external Matching speaker for $100. NE6V Joe Vegas Calls and inquires about it. We agreed on $950 Plus $50 for Shipping. He Said he would send a Money Order. After several days I called and he said he would Paypal me the money He asked if I Had a Mic for it and I Said Sure and I Would throw it in and also a Keyboard for the CW Function which I Never Used. He receives the equipment and Calls Raising cane That The Mic had the wrong plug on it, which it did. I had it wired for my new Omni 7 and forgotten. When he called I told him I would send him 4 pin Mic plug. He responded he could not install it. He also complained that I didn’t send PS2/USB Adapter for Keyboard. In The Meantime he gets HRO to Wire a Cable for him at a cost of $129. Then He sent me Text saying I Owe him the $129 for Mic Cable for the Mic That I gave him and was not advertised in the Deal,and threatening to report me to PayPal and These Forums. I Feel he was trying to extort Money from me is the reason I Responded if he needed money wait on his Government Check. I Never said anything about being on welfare or Liberal. This is the Only negative text I sent Him. But I did ask if he voted for Obama. He is a Shining Example of what has Happened to Amateur Radio. I Regret selling this Pristine condition Radio to a wanna Be Ham Such as Joe Vega NE6V. His Former Call is W6EEV as reported by QRZ. If You want to know Who Your Dealing with click on these Links:

Has a lot of hate, that is obvious. He's another great Nothing Carolina angry person. My past is the past. Look at all of my current positive feedback. I did some real dumb this in my past. My maker and saviour Jesus Christ has forgiven me for my past.

Now anyone who decides to deal with this winner will have more info to consider with.

I stand by what i wrote, as this dude sent me some very rude and disrespectful messages.

You are right, I Will Defend Myself. for those Reading this and think it's Silly, So do I . I admit asking if you voted for Obama and waiting on Government check because you were trying to hold me over Barrel and Extort $129 from me. All Other said by you is FALSE. show me how Saved You are and Admit Your first call was very Belligerent. I was Willing to make Mic Good That I GAVE You just to keep you happy, but you decided to be Judge & Jury and Extort $129 from me. Now as Far as Being a Christian, I Hope you are. I Wish no one including you to go to hell. But You Know it easy Getting over on people to get where you want then professing Christ. I Never heard someone in Prison say they didn't Profess the Lord. AS far as being from and live in North Carolina, I'm Certainty own up to that. We Look after Each Other and are Known for that. Californians are depending on the rest of the country to bail them out due to their excesses and self Centered ways. As Far as Being a Vet, If You Truly were , I Thank You for Your service, but I Have My Doubts. TO THOSE READING THIS I HUMBLY APOLOGIZE AND WILL END MY RANT HERE.
