I bought a radio, programming software and separation kit from Bob. I emailed him and also spoke with him on the phone. The items were just as described. He gave me a good detailed description and a great deal on the radio. I would not hesitate in buying from him again. He shipped the radio and sent a tracking number. The radio arrived very well packed.
