getting items shipped from seller

a few days ago I posted a problem about getting your item you paid for shipped
thank all of you guys that responded to my post
everyone wanted me to name call signs of the people I was having trouble with shipping.
here goes on march 31 I sent a paypal payment of 358.00 to Jeff Demers (n1snb)
I kept getting a few emails that the item was at ups for shipping but never a tracking number , so I finally demanded a refund and I received refund april 11
also I mailed a money order to robert wickoff ( kb3mbo) on 4/06/2015 I got one email that the package was boxed up and ready to ship I asked for a tracking number but never got answer to my email, here it is the 18th of april and still nothing received from robert
I just cant believe it it takes that long to ship an item, I always make it a practice to ship items the next day after I receive payment with tracking number and if there is a problem I contact the buyer and let him know when I can ship
I don’t mean to step on toes but these actions are no good
