I recently bought a filter from Lowell White ("Tony"), KA5TRO. Tony answered my initial query very quickly. I sent him my PayPal payment at 9PM on a Thursday night, received the shipping notice from PayPal Friday morning, and received the filter the next Monday. It was packed very well and is now in my rig working great. Tony is a great seller, with very good communications, an easy transaction, and -- based on my experience -- products that are just as described.
