Non Payer

KD9AN - Richard Mante - DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM - Just another time for him - he answered my ad for a SEC-1223 power supply on 03/15/15 said: I take one. Certified bank check OK? - On 03/16/15 I answered back: Yes that will be fine. Please confirm back to me that you want to go ahead with the deal. He said: ok i do it. I had a funny feeling so checked back with him just to double check as three more offers came in. He said yes check on your way. I check back with him on 03/21/15 No Answer, again on 03/23/15 told him I am going to sell it & if by any chance his check arrived I would immediately return it to him, again no answer. Today is 03/25/15 again no check so have resold it & received payment. I lost nothing but not the way you would treat others or would like to be treated.
