had a bad purchase with billy menk/w3lab
i bought a gap dsp speaker from him that didnt work.after several email attempts i gave up!he did not include the power cord with the speaker.
i paid with a postal money order and i guess i have no recourse.he did finally send 1 email and acted like i didnt hook it up right.its a plug and play unit and should work with any radio.it powers up but no audio or noise from the speaker.

This buyer was communicating via messenger app, not email. I made a very clear representation of the item and sent pictures as the buyer requested showing exactly what was included in the sale. No power supply was ever discussed. Unit did not come with one and only requires a standard wallwart. Unit uses dip switch settings as shown in included manual which he failed to read obviously. Sent unit and tracking number upon receipt of payment. Unit works fine. Have never had a complaint in 30 years! This buyer, a ham supposedly, also is selling ILLEGAL CB Radio amplifiers in his posts, consider the source.
