Larry W3OZ the "OZ" Wizard, Sold me a Bencher BY2 Chrome with extra heavy base and acrylic case shipped for $75. I sent PayPal and he shipped FedEx Home Delivery to Iowa. I received in a 6"x6" Box and could hear rattling when handled before opening. I opened it up and the Bencher paddles were bent at contacts and arms. The case was broke into 5 pieces as it was up against the extra heavy base sent inside box. Phono plug harness was all snaked in box with key facing up against heavy base from cover and about 15 packing peanuts thrown in top of packaging with extra room for all items to move. All of this is useless now and all damaged. I sent off a email and photo's to Larry and he replied with a sorry and for me to start a claim that's what insurance is for he explained. I explained that was not going to happen as claim needs to start from him and they will need photos, size of shipping box, weight, packing material used etc. He stated it was packed good and it was the carriers fault and for me to return to him and he would do the paperwork. I demanded my refund as I told him it was not in a large enough box with pieces not bubble wrapped or packing peanuts also used with the bubble wrap to protect it. I told him Fed Ex will say its the senders fault as the result. I got to the point that I also wanted a refund for the return shipping costs which turned out to be $19.20 USPS Priority. He replied that the only refund would be $75. I filled out PayPal refund and won the decision and sent it back to Larry and will be refunded the $75 in 10-14 days after return. I sent Larry last email explaining that he needs to pay me the return shipping costs as it was his fault that the key was damaged due to improper packaging. He will not return emails now as he knows that his Bencher BY2 is on the way back to "OZ"

Larry settled up today after receiving the damaged Bencher BY2, All is good with refund and the OZ emailed asap when he received the return. Thank You W3OZ. Now its time to look for anther KEY! KD0WSV Len
