W1GEE, Phil, sold me an Icom 703 with accessories that I saw listed on the QTH classifieds.
Phil was very prompt in returning emails and even allowed me to call his home to verify the phone number and him.
Phil did a great job in packing the radio and shipped it out the next business day.
He provided all the tracking information.
The radio, upon receiving it, was exactly as he described it.
It was perfect. It worked exactly as it should.
I would deal with Phil again in a heartbeat.
