I bought an amp from him, it wasn't packed properly and the box cardboard flaps on the top wore through the paint on the top of the amp. I emailed him and sent a picture, no response. I emailed him again and politely asked if he would purchase the paint for the repair, no response. I do not know why he hasn't responded. I would have done a better packing job, with bubble wrap or foam.
