Warning to All!
Responded to a QTH for sale add placed by Ken Bessler, KG0WX, Wichita, KS, e-mail: [email protected] for a Kenwood TS-430 on 21 Nov. Seller - Ken Bessler - collected the money from me on 21 Nov, through Paypal, and has since failed to send the Radio. At first excuses why not sent - then - Zero communication and the same modus operandi as with the other scams he has pulled. I am out the money because I used the Send Money to a Friend vs Send Money for a Purchase thru Paypal. My mistake. I will still file a complaint through Paypal.
