Clarence Locano from Iowa City

Clarence promised payment for an item I had for sale. I packed item safely and waited for payment. No payment was ever recieved. I tried to contact him, but was only able to leave voice mail. Hopefully Clarence Locano isn't having health issues or family problems. However, I suspect he just blew me off and didn't have the kindness or consideration to let me know that.
