XE2NCN TS-50 advertised as "working" and was purchased and received by me. This radio is a total peice of crap. Many issues and clearly NOT FUNCTIONAL. Issues such as: Buttons all messed up, for instance if you press "down" the mode changes (am/fm/lsb/etc), no Rx, No Tx, Internal missing screws, internal rust and corrosion. He claims "must be shipping damage" but the item was double boxed and shows no sign of damage and internaly there are no signs of damage such as denting or cracks in the PCBs. FYI: I am a 30 year repair tech. On top of that, even it was shipping damage he did not ship insured as requested. He refuses to refund. Put this man on your DO NOT BUY FROM list!
