NY4D - Lowell

Purchased an Icom 706 from Lowell NY4D. Radio was packaged extremely well and shipped very quickly via USPS flat rate box. Radio in excellent condition and works perfect. Great transaction. I recommend Lowell highly and would purchase from him again.
