Went above and beyond the call of duty.
I sent him his radio and also sent him, in another envelope, a money order for $645 for another rig. (I sent it to him by mistake) He quickly called me and let me know of my error. I even made the Money Order out to him. He agreed to cash it and get another one printed in my name and send it back! GREAT GUY!
