If your listing for something wanted please be careful of over seas sellers offering equipment at attractive prices, so far all of them have proven to be fake.
Happy New year to one and all

This scam bag just inquired about my wanted ad for a TS-940s radio. He sent me some beautiful pictures! Dirt cheap price too!

He uses the email:
[email protected] and goes by the name Juan Matan.

Thanks for the warning!

Thanks for the warning and confirmation. I thought something was wrong with his e-mail. He was too flexible on his price. When I told him I was afraid to do business overseas, he offered to send pictures of his family and said he would never hurt a fellow ham. He has emailed again recently wanting to know if I still wanted a head for the Yaesu radio. I didn't reply. I want back and checked the call sign you gave and the email address; it's him. I'll have a few things to say to him should he email me again.
