Purchased a used FT-890AT from Randy a few weeks ago. Received it and it had a transmit audio problem that he wasn't aware of. I emailed him and he immediately offered my money back. I liked the rig and asked if he may consider a partial refund and I would get it repaired. He went one better and I sent the rig in to Burghardt (shop of my choosing) - they did the necessary repair work, Randy paid the bill for it as soon as it was fixed. I received it today and all is working great! A big thank you to Randy for being an excellent seller who backs his dealing 100% Don't hesitate to deal with him! 73 AA8PP Bob
