I decided not to hold the Bird line section for this guy. I made a LOT of phone calls and sent 4 emails with one answered phone call "he is at work". The point of this post is:
If you change your mind in a deal please do the right thing and let the other party know. Yes I did remove his name, no money lost and I don't want to drag his name/call around. That is my choice. We all have had deals with this type. I hope this will just be a reminder to be nice to the other side of your deal, it is the right thing to do.
