KD8OUF- beware of this seller

KD8OUF answered an ad I had placed looking for Rohn 25 sections telling me he had two Rohn 25 sections. I drove to his house and paid him for two sections of "Rohn 25". Not being intimately familiar with Rohn products I did not notice that one of the two sections was Rohn 20 until after I got home.

I contacted Kevin via phone and email and told him one of the sections he sold me was Rohn 20 and that I would like to swap it out with one of the other sections of Rohn 25 he said he had. He never returned my call but did respond to my email. He said he was away and would contact me when he returned the next day. I waited for the phone call or an email and none came. I have since tried to contact him multiple times via phone and email asking for either swapping out the Rohn 20 for a Rohn 25 section or a refund of 1/2 the price I paid him since it was not what he said he was selling me. I have not received any response in over two weeks so it looks like I am stuck with something I cannot use.

He claimed to be a new ham so I will grant him that he may not have known what he was selling, nor me what I was buying, but after being told it was not he should have done the right thing.
