kp4bpr - shady, bought an item, never sent it back, never offered to return item, but demanded refund, said it didn't work. Now, in the event you buy something advertised to work, new in this case, if you recieve it, and it doesn't work, then you send it back. This is how it works. He has demended a refund he says for over a year now - ? - but never returned anything? shady - watch out

WOW WOW WOW … Finally….finally K9RLB responds to something. A year sir, it has taken you a year to come out and respond anything about the pep kit bird. It truly brings me joy to find out that you have responded to one of my post. I notice you have come with defense mechanisms to sway the situation in your favor, though you might have your defensive tools, I too have my own sir.
First of all, it’s necessary that I mention that the problem that I had with the beam which I was selling here in QTH is an entirely different issue than yours. In that situation there was no money involved, because that gentleman NEVER sent me money. I had said that the sale was local and by trying to be a good person with that gentleman I had the problem. I never got the opportunity to go to the post office and get a price for the shipping and I ended up selling the antenna one or two years later to a local HAM. Very different to our problem …I lost $125.00 with you sir.
There are a lot of questions that you would have to answer. First of all, I don’t care if you have sold 200, 300 or 500. The one that I received NEVER worked. You must be truly out of your mind if you think that a year after I purchased that kit it’s should be “new”. It was “new” when I sent you the first group of 10 e-mails three days after I received that piece of junk. That’s a good thing ask about.
How come you never responded to ANY of my emails? It’s impossible for me to send something back that I had purchased from another HAM with out first communicating the problem/issue that I had with it. I find it illogical to think any other way. I sell on EBay, and if there’s one thing that I must keep in mind as a responsible seller is to respond to the inquiries of my clients that I get their emails. You must have read the countless emails I sent you in the course of a year. Did you read my first email? I didn’t ask for my money back, I asked you for HELP. I asked you several times, “PLEASE HELP ME”; but you never responded. So I am the problem? You don’t deserve to be HAM. All I did was ask for help when I saw the kit did not work.
But now you accuse me of breaking it, that I damaged it, that I was the problem. In case you don’t remember, you sold me model 4300-405. There is no way to make a mistake when installing it. It has one position; put it inside the Bird 43. I sent you a number of emails asking for your assistance, but you never responded. So after a couple of weeks of having received your merchandise I asked for my money back. When a salesman fails with their merchandise the right thing to do is to respond like a business man, something you did not do.
You are very much aware that this is not the first time I post here on QTH. There have been several and you have never come back and responded to me. Look for the first one; I asked about you, if you were alive, if you were a good HAM, but I never received a response and since you never responded to my emails you forced me to have to do this. I even searched for you on the silent Key list for months. Know I can see you are very much alive.
I still can’t understand how someone sells merchandise receives an email regarding that same merchandise and never responds?
This is the first time that you respond, you don’t respond to any of my emails, but now you come to “defend” yourself and still can’t bring a serious response to a mans legitimate question. What can one think about an individual that does not show his face or give a solution to his clients’ problems? The first thing that comes to mind is that this is the kind of individual that dedicates his time and energy to steal from those that work an honest job. If those where your intentions or not, only you know that, but your grave mistake was never taking the time to respond to my emails.
I have posted about this issue 4 or 5 times and now it’s when you respond. I can only imagine that it was the end of my post, which said every time you post something to sell here on QTH I will repost this. To answer your comment, I don’t do it because it makes me feel good or because I want to cause you harm, because I don’t know you. I do it to protect others so they don’t have to experience the same deceitfulness that I experienced from you, so that they are careful in sending money to an unknown person. Put yourself in my shoes, what would you have thought had you been in my situation? I thought you where a crook, that’s what I thought. Had you responded to my question, established communication things might have been different.
Please don’t think I’m going to waste my life away here by posting this on QTH once a month. A simple copy and paste will do, it takes me 45 seconds. This will protect the money of many HAM that still belief in honesty and trust, but many times are tricked by people like you.
Just be honest and present me with a good solution to the problem. You say you can’t send me my money back because the kit is not new anymore, but whose fault is that? We wouldn’t have this issue had you responded to my emails promptly or AT ALL. Give me a solution, something that says you are an honest person. Let’s get back to dealing with this issue in private through or personal emails, if you do and we come to an agreement I give you my word that I will make a post that states that you fixed the situation, and we never have to talk about it again nor will I mention you again.

You don’t want to respond my question!
How come you never responded ANY of my emails? At the time that I sent to you the first group of e-mails (three days after I received the bird kit) was
"new", but you never answered.
Why? Forget the $125, they’re yours, you need the money more than me; you
“won” that money. From the very beginning I knew that you never would send me the money. I just want an explanation,
