KC8ZMP Bill Weed Beware - Rip off

Beware of this chap. List was for a FT-100D - number 552776 For sale: FT-100D. Sent money express mail for shipment in return priority mail - have received to date no radio or funds returned. Bill confirmed receiving payment 9/15/06 - today is 10/11/06. Tried to contact by phone (many times) and was given his cell number which was until yesterday turned off/disconnect/out of minutes. (three weeks with no phone?) Supposidly a trucker and out of town for 4-6 weeks.. Hmmm... Does not respond to e-mails...
This was supposed to be my wifes anniversay present. Now out $500.00 and no radio.
Luckily I have all of the supporting documentation and 2 mails stating receipt of payment to present to the proper law enforcement folks.
Any hams in Alma, Michigan know this fellow?

Will try to contact his employer before going to the USPS Fraud Division.
At 31 years old really don't want to damage the chaps record.
Have tried e-mails, phone calls to both home and cell - many many times thus far to no avail.
