It seems like every time I post a WTB ad I get immediate responses from mostly scammers.
This latest one (just a couple of days ago) pretended to be KH2BR a Robert Holsti whom I contacted since the scammer and him had different email address and he confirmed that it was a scammer.
I always make sure the email address is correct on QRZ, and that they accept paypal.com goods & services (NOT family and friends) which provides the ability to get your $ back if it is a scam and the other red flag was that they only accept Venmo and Cashapp both offer no refund possibility nor do checks or money orders.
His phone # again is (341) 529-0234 and appears to be from the Oakland CA area. He had great pictures of the equipment and knew what to say.
Probably a want to be amateur
