UPDATE ON DONALD WEISER KG5RA BEWARE

This is an update on the radio I sold Donald Weiser on 12-26-24 shipped via USPS Tracking number4207311022639434630109355026550134. It seems that the Post office finally delivered the radio today 2-4-25. Buyer is happy to rub in my face and tell me he is keeping both the refund and the radio. I would seriously beware of doing any business with Donald Weiser as this totally shows his character and what kind of person he is. I told him the right thing to do would be to reimburse USPS for the insurance claim, but his response was "Aww does the poor little baby need a crying towel?? Both cases are already closed." 
Then he went on to say :
" I do not sell stuff on QTH don’t does not matter to me, but I can sure have fun replying to your comments. Eventually, everybody will get tired of reading about our drama and then tune us both out. Your call sign will be the only one they will remember because I don’t sell stuff. Lmfao.

OMG! I just received this yesterday afternoon and (James Rager W7LSB) is already slandering me.
First of all this guy is a bully! I have over a dozen emails of him calling me all sorts of names because I had to file a PayPal claim against him! I did it because after two weeks and two days he would not refund my money back to me because I had no radio.

And why are you calling me queer? You act like calling someone gay is suppose to be and insult! Shame on you W7LSB! And I do have a copy of that email if anyone once to verify him (gay bashing)!
And second of all: YOU, already filed a claim against the post office for a lost item; and THEY PAID you because they could not find it.
And thirdly: I am not sending the money back you had to pay me because of the PayPal claim, because that would mean you would be paid twice for the same radio!
Here is what YOU need to do. Reopen your post office claim (because I cannot) and pay them back the money they gave you because the radio was not lost. Remember you filed a claim that the radio was lost and I did not. After you prove to me that you paid the pat office back then I will send you your money back. I will not send your money back until them because I do not want to pocket the money for the radio twice.

And no more trashing the gay community James Rager W7LSB, I still have the email to prove it! If you deny it, I will post the email proving that you lied! What goes around comes around.

Geez, this guy don't quit. Now I'm GAY BASHER because I supposedly called him a Queer and a bunch of other names. He has the Email to prove it..lol
I guess you can make an email say anything you want if thats the case, I have called this man 3 names during our contacts, Donnie Dumbass, a Weasel and a Thief... all of which fit him. This guy started crying 2 days after the due date of delivery for the item and was wanting his money back and threatening me with a PayPal claim after only a week. I did everything possible that I could to rectify the situation, but the buyer wanted no part of it he didnt want to wait for USPS to investigate or try to find the package he didnt want to wait for me to file an insurance claim, he just WANTED HIS MONEY BACK NOW OR HE WOULD CONTACT PAYPAL!!! I tried to explain to him that there was a process that we had to follow and if they don't find it we will file an insurance claim. he told me the process didn't apply to him that I shipped it and that it was my fault. Now he has both the radio and his money back. (Just what he wanted) He made sure he emailed me yesterday and laughed and rubbed it my face that he had both. HE keeps telling me about this bad review he is going to give me and all the stuff i supposedly done to him. well, I'm waiting. and yes, I would like to see my gay bashing email so please post it
In closing I have a way to resolve this whole situation. Donate the refund I sent you to a reputable Charity in both our names, send me a receipt showing you did this and we can end this whole thing I will have my money for the radio, you will have your radio, and the charity will have the extra money.
Do this and I will retract everything I have posted

nice try, you can post anything on here you want but that doesn't mean I said it or wrote it. you can make it say anything you want by editing the text. not only are you a thief you are a liar too. I guess my solution to this whole thing in my last post isn't acceptable to you, you just want to keep the money and the radio too. guess that's just the kind of person you are. if you can live with it, I guess I can live without it. Also I would like everyone to know that the item in question was paid for by the buyer on 12/26/24 and he received his refund on 1/26/25. that's only 30 days try buying something from any online business and it being lost and see if you get a refund that quickly.

Talking about lairs! You know you wrote those emails! you have to live with yourself by being a racists. Oh by the way, an expert can look at our history and can tell if the emails were altered or not.Also you correcting yourself on all the names you have called me shows how much hate you have in your soul and spewing out ugly names means nothing to you. The radio thing will pass, and will soon be forgotten. But the one thing people will remember is (W7LSB James O Rager) loves bashing the gay community and making fun of Jewish people. I am just glad people are researching your cal sign W7LSB, I wish I would have.

I suggest the next time you buy or sell something just keep your racist thoughts to yourself.

I will take it for all the bashing, name calling, and all the hate emails you have sent me! You know when using PayPal we have 30 days to make sure nothing is wrong with an item. It is not my fault you spent the funds I sent you. You should have been smart enough to hold on to the funds to make sure everything was OK. You just took the money and ran with it. After 2 weeks and 2 days with no radio and no tracking movement, anybody would want a refund. I hope everyone the researches you will learn from my harsh lesson from dealing with you. But after 4 weeks you got your refund and I got mu refund (only because you had to) and then, i got a knock on the door. This $92.70 radio works great, now I can give it to one of my buddys. I would never use something this cheap for myself.
