Potential Scammer Using Joseph Fannin <kb7r73@gmail.com> information

Post by K0BBK »

Was about to buy a Kenwood TH-28A from someone posing as Joe Fannin...according to QRZ he is 86 years old and he said to send money to his wife whose picture on PayPal was about 25 years old researched her name (not his last name) he said they were married 2 years ago...pictures of her unusual name on the web show four of similar to PayPal and I backed out of the deal!

Already scammed once by people using third party for their transaction! Really sad to have to have to be a detective before purchasing. Recommendations on this website on what to use to send money are very important to follow!
