I was scammed

For reports of scammers using other people's callsigns. Remember that any callsigns listed in this forum are likely innocent bystanders (subjects of identity theft) and, thus, are probably not guilty of anything. For bad transactions with verified ham operators, use the Feedback Forum instead.

To all QTH subscribers:

Back in September 2023, I ordered an parts-unit SB-230 from Sherry, K4BZB for $200.00.

Long story short, it NEVER arrived.

Attempts to reach out to Sherry and Bill, W4MA, presumed significant other, were fruitless.

Sherry and Bill... I am presuming your credentials were hijacked.
No indications on QRZ to indicate that you guys are not trustworthy.

Shame on me for not following recommended communication protocol.
Just because item is associated with a ham call, that's no guarantee you are dealing with a ham.

Please be aware of this.
