Harley is a man of integrity. We should all be as honest as he is. I bought a tuner from him, it arrived with several problems, I fixed what I could but still was not as it should be. I got in touch with Harley and he said send it back for a refund which I did. Sure wish all deals went this good. Do not be afraid to deal with him. Tnx Harley.
