I recently made a trade with Fernando, call KE9LE from Illinois. He is one of the nicest, honest Hams I have dealt with. His item I received was exactly like he told me it would be. In great cosmetic, and operational condition. We both kept our communications open between each other during the transfer period of our items.
I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Fernando again as he is honest especially in todays' world. If you have a chance to deal with this gentleman please know that you will be dealt with above board, and fairly.
