I purchase a item from Rick, only to latter realize I would be unable to utilize. I contacted Rick asking if he would be kind enough to allow me to cancel, and offered that he retain part of the PayPal payment for his trouble.
Rick allowed me to cancel, and wanted no part of accepting part of the payment.
A ham's ham for sure.
